OEIE is a fast-paced and growing office at Kansas State University. Since inception, OEIE has provided more than 90,000 hours of research and evaluation services for over 200 projects exceeding $200 million sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), U.S. Department of Education (USDE), U.S. Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), Kansas Board of Regents (KBOR), Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE), Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), Kansas Health Foundation (KHF), and the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, to name a few.

K-State 2025 and Associated Projects2

OEIE provides the Kansas State University (K-State) Offices of the President and Provost with strategic planning, evaluation, and facilitation services to support K-State 2025: A Visionary Plan for K-State, as well as various related initiatives. These services serve the operational and information needs of the university. The specific activities provided will be framed around four overarching areas to support K-State: 1) strategic planning and reporting; 2) facilitation; 3) project planning and management; and 4) applied research and analysis.
